Selling a Property

Appoint a suitable agent
This may seem obvious, but it is always best to find a serious, reputable agent who can also offer the variety of support services you are going to need. Ask around, and see who has the best reputation first. Check there will be no hidden extras first before signing an agreement.

Use a lawyer
From the point where an interested buyer makes an offer it is important to appoint a lawyer. A good lawyer will guide you through all the steps of your property sale, from ensuring that the purchase contract is correct through to negotiating payment terms, taking care of all the documentation and checking with you that all fees, taxes and debts have been fully paid.

Talk to us first
You will find us friendly (we deal with people first, properties second), experienced (over 10 years), professional (not propping up the bar of our local at midday), accessible (we use technology to keep in touch), and reasonably priced!
