Visit the area first It may seem obvious, but you can’t just buy a property over the internet! Orientate yourself. Becoming familiar with the prospective area and what you can get for your money is very important, so visit us first! Because we have been living and working in this area for years, and we own and operate a very successful Horse Riding Ranch and Mountain Biking holiday business here on the Costa Tropical, we know the area particularly well. We also know most of the local folk, many of who now want to sell their old properties and move into new apartments on the coast. Life has been tough for most of them, and many now want to sell up their family farmhouses and retire. Our Ranch is based in the village of Ferrer, 7km from the coast, and it is the ideal place to base yourself for a few days or a week, whilst we show you a selection of properties available in the area. Stay in a converted Spanish farmhouse, use the pool and hot tub, bar, sample our superb catering, and perhaps even combine a short holiday with your search for your dream home in the sun.
